Privacy policy

Loudcall is a free app for making NFL picks with friends and getting scored against the sportsbook odds. There's no wagering, no deposits and no prizes. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. Loudcall is for people 18 and older.

What we collect

• Account: your Apple sign-in identifier, or your email if you sign up with email; the name you choose; your favourite team.
• Profile photo: only if you upload one. It's visible to people in your groups.
• Sleeper username: only if you sync a league. We use it to read your league and members from Sleeper's public API.
• Your activity: your picks, groups, scores, records and the feed events they create. Members of your groups see your picks as you make them.
• Notifications: a push token, if you allow notifications, and your notification settings.
• Diagnostics: crash reports (Sentry) and product analytics (PostHog), linked to your account ID only, not your name or email.
• Waitlist: if you join the beta list on this site, your email.
• Website: loudcall.app uses cookieless, aggregate analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). To stop spam on the waitlist form we briefly keep your IP address for rate limiting and delete it within a day.

How we use it

• To run the app: score your picks, show standings and feeds, sync leagues and send the notifications you've turned on.
• To fix crashes and understand which features get used.
• To email you about the beta, if you joined the waitlist. One email when the build is ready, and that's it.

We don't sell your data, show ads or share your data with advertisers.

Who processes it

• Supabase (database, sign-in, file storage) in the United States.
• Sentry (crash reports) and PostHog (product analytics).
• Apple (Sign in with Apple, push notifications) and Expo (push delivery).
• Sleeper, only to read public league data you point us at.
• Cloudflare (website hosting and analytics).

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account in the app at any time (Receipts → Settings → Delete account). That removes your profile, photo, picks, group memberships and push tokens. To leave the waitlist or ask anything else, email support@loudcall.app.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data. Email support@loudcall.app and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app before it takes effect.
